Having hereos and special people (family, friends, or anyone else important to you) we admire helps us to see what we value. Who is someone you consider a hero? Why?
Someone I consider a hero is my mom. I consider my mom a hero because she is a strong person, she's funny, she always tries to go the extra mile and she never gives up!
What does he/she stand for and believe in?
My mom stands for and believes in my little sister and me. She believes in us and she always is there for us.
What lessons do you learn from this person?
I learn almost everything from my mom. She gives me the best advice and if I mess up she will always be there for me to comfort me and tell's me it's not the end of the world and I can always try again.
What values does this person represent?
My mom represents alot of values, but most of all she represents us.
What values do you and this person have that are similar?
My mom and i both care for people. My mom and i never want to hurt people and we always try to please them and be there for them no matter what.
What values do you want others to say you represent? Why?
I want people to know that I care for people and will always be there for people no matter what. I also want people to know that I am strong and people can't bring me down.

Suicide
Suicide is a very scary thing and it should alwasy be taken seriously. Ages 13-24 and seniors are the two most likely groups of people to commit suicide. When someone tells you they are thinking about suicide or are going to attempt suicide they should be taken seriously. The highest state for attempted suicides is Alaska. Suprisingly Colorado is the fourth! I think people that are ages 13-24 commit suicide because of their lives. I think these people commit suicide from stress. I think elderly people are also very likly do commit suicide because if their spouse dies they beleive that they can't live alone. They could also commit suicide if they just fell that now that they're elderly they just are simply not wanted anymore. If they are living in a nursing home and no one every comes to visit them they could get very depressed and just not want to live anymore. Suicide is a very serious thing that should be taken very seriously and we always have to remind people that they are love and wanted! :)

My Physical Education goal
My physical education goal is to run the mile in under 7 minutes. I will run everyday and time myself to get into better shape. This goal is possible if I work hard and practice all the time and I dont give up trying hard. I would like to try and achieve this goal by the end of the semester. If i can achieve this goal it will help me understand that practice makes perfect!
